For my inaugural Tuesdays with Dorie post, I made a Blueberry Crumb Cake - in the wrong-sized pan. It was overflowing the top, but the folks at work didn't seem to mind too much. It was pretty much gone by the end of the day. One question - do TWD recipes usually involve so many dishes to clean? It was pretty daunting to get the cake in the oven, then turn around and see a huge sinkful of dishes waiting for me. Sigh. Such is life. But I will persevere on. The cake was delicious and definitely worth the extra work.
