Menu Plan Monday, 3/21-3/27

I haven't quite decided when we'll be eating what, but here's a rough idea...

Sunday - Dinner with In-laws
Monday - Penne with Vodka Sauce (no-show from last week)
Wednesday - Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burritos
Thursday - Eat Out
Friday - Frozen Pizza
Saturday - Chicken and Broccoli Casserole, Sweet Potato Biscuits

  1. Sweet potato and black bean burritos sound delish. Are they just what they sound like? I'm guessing black beans and sweet potatoes with some salsa wrapped in a tortilla?
