I had so much fun reading everyone's stress-busting routines. There are some busy bees who like to keep their hands busy with housework or sewing, some who enjoy a little retail therapy, and some kindred spirits like myself. I am definitely an emotional eater. You better believe I curled up with a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese for dinner and ate my feelings the other night. Don't worry, I did round out the meal with a pot green beans, and we kept things civilized by eating off of plates, much as I wanted to eat directly from the pot of fake cheesy goodness. I realize that a walk around the block or cleaning the tile grout in my shower stall might have been a more constructive response to my anxiety, but I can't be a goody two-shoes all the time.
Thanks again! I'm off to sew on my jelly roll quilt for a few minutes before bedtime. Peace out y'all!

Woohooo! THANK YOU so much for the Shout Color Catchers giveaway! This http://www.flickr.com/photos/58377573@N03/5907390992/in/photostream/ is the the first quilt I ever made and it has never been washed! I gave it to my mom in 2009, and mom just passed away. The quilt is moving to our cabin, but needs cat hair washed off :) and it will always be special to me so I I'm glad I can wash it safely! Thanks again! !Linda
